RECENT WORK
Since October 2024, I have worked with the Administration for Children and Families to improve grantee experience, build better processes, and help the agency deliver public services in the digital era. I am unable to share complete case studies publicly, but some snapshots are provided below.
Designed, organized, and conducted dozens of interviews with federal employees, states, tribes, territories, and organizations to understand lived experience managing, monitoring, and using ACF grants.
Mapped and catalogued 50+ reports with their statutory and regulatory basis across Children’s Bureau mandatory grants; crafted recommendations to reduce burden for grantees and federal staff.
Built an end-to-end current-state service blueprint for a discretionary grant program, cataloguing all touchpoints for a grantee across the agency.
Created current-state process maps for grant issuance across three separate mandatory grant programs and identified opportunity areas and recommendations resulting in cross-program process improvements.
